Job summary

Standex International Corporation is seeking Production Technicians for its Sensor Solutions division. This full-time role runs 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday, manufacturing components, assembling, soldering and testing sensors and related products.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, be able to read/write/speak English fluently, and demonstrate attention to detail. The position emphasizes quality, process adherence and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

• Follows process specifications and production rules.
• Assists with improving processes throughout the department or center of excellence.

Production Technicians areresponsible for the manufacturing of components, assembly, soldering and testing of sensors and other products. These individuals manufacture products using controlled processes under the direct supervision of the production supervisor. This person is responsible for the quality of their work and meeting all Quality System requirements for the tasks assigned. Full time needed: 8am-4:30pm.

What You'll Do

• Assists with the movement of materials through the workstations and properly label all bins and trays
• Ensure product meets the current quality requirements
• Raises issues or concerns with components, processes, documentation when needed
• Responsible for operating equipment and processes per process specifications
• Responsible for documenting time to appropriate manufacturing orders
• Responsible for following process specifications and production rules
• Helps with improving processes throughout the department or center of excellence
