Job summary

Standex International is seeking a Production Associate to support manufacturing of sensors and related components in a high-paced environment. You will assist with material movement, labeling, and ensure quality per process specs.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to handle small parts, and proficient English reading/writing speaking. Attention to detail and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role at our Ohio facility.

• Documenting time to appropriate manufacturing orders and following production rules.
• Help with improving processes throughout the department or center of excellence.

Production Associates are responsible for the manufacturing of components, assembly, soldering and testing of sensors and other products. These individuals manufacture products using controlled processes under the direct supervision of the production supervisor. This person is responsible for the quality of their work and meeting all Quality System requirements for the tasks assigned.
