Job summary

Standex Electronics in Fairfield, Ohio, seeks Production Associates to manufacture components, assemble, solder, and test sensors and related products under the supervision of the production supervisor. You will ensure quality and follow documented processes to meet production targets.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, can handle small parts, and communicate in English with strong attention to detail. Soldering experience is valued and teamwork is essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Assist with movement of materials through the workstations and label bins and trays.
• Ensure product meets current quality requirements.

• Follow process specifications and production rules.
• Help improve processes within the department or center of excellence.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Production Associates areresponsible for the manufacturing of components, assembly, soldering and testing of sensors and other products. These individuals manufacture products using controlled processes under the direct supervision of the production supervisor. This person is responsible for the quality of their work and meeting all Quality System requirements for the tasks assigned.

What You'll Do

• Assists with the movement of materials through the workstations and properly label all bins and trays
