You will build small batches of custom harness configurations and contribute quickly with minimal ramp‑up time. The position offers a structured advancement path and opportunities to grow into more complex technical roles over time.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble wiring harnesses for low‑volume, specialty production, typically building 12 dozen units of each configuration.

  • Interpret and follow work instructions, diagrams, and build documentation to ensure accurate harness assembly.

  • Perform precise wiring, routing, and termination of cables and harness components to meet quality and workmanship standards.

  • Inspect completed harnesses for proper configuration, continuity, and workmanship, and correct any identified issues.

  • Use hand tools and basic production equipment safely and effectively during assembly tasks.

  • Collaborate with other technicians and production team members to meet build schedules and delivery timelines.

  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow established production processes and procedures.

  • Support mechanical assembly tasks as needed, contributing to broader production activities when wiring workload allows.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards, particularly in support of safety-sensitive programs.

Essential Skills
  • Hands‑on wiring harness assembly experience with the ability to contribute quickly and with minimal training.

  • Working knowledge of harness assembly processes, including routing, bundling, termination, and inspection.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a low‑volume, specialty production environment with small batch sizes.

  • Capability to follow detailed instructions and documentation accurately.

  • Readiness to work in support of safety‑sensitive programs, including those related to defense and regulated environments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
