As a Production Technician, you operate equipment to manufacture plastic containers for leading consumer brands. Responsibilities
- Operate top-tier injection or blow molding equipment in a safe, clean environment.
- Monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure high-quality production.
- Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance.
- Conduct quality checks on products to meet specifications.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, and quality.
- Enhance skills through training and seek career advancement opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to work rotating shifts: days (6:45 am - 7:15 pm) or nights (6:45 pm - 7:15 am) on a cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Manufacturing Production Technician with high-volume equipment.
- Working knowledge of injection or blow molding equipment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical mechanics.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
