As a Production Technician, you operate equipment to manufacture plastic containers for leading consumer brands. Responsibilities

1. Operate top-tier injection or blow molding equipment in a safe, clean environment.
2. Monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure high-quality production.
3. Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance.
4. Conduct quality checks on products to meet specifications.
5. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, and quality.
6. Enhance skills through training and seek career advancement opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

1. Ability to work rotating shifts: days (6:45 am - 7:15 pm) or nights (6:45 pm - 7:15 am) on a cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off.
2. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
3. At least 1 year of experience as a Manufacturing Production Technician with high-volume equipment.
4. Working knowledge of injection or blow molding equipment is preferred.
5. Basic understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical mechanics.
6. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
7. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
