About the Role

A Snapshot of Your Day

Working with slurry mixing and blending operations based on daily production requirements. Reviewing all slurry production and batch records, releasing slurries for molding, and monitoring equipment to ensure high-quality parts at the Gibsonton, Florida location.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Complete Demonstrated Skills Check List for Mercury, Slurry Technician, and V-Blend Technician operations. Obtain LOTO training and certification on motorized lifts and forklifts.
• Check daily schedules, weigh and measure components, perform audits, and maintain cleanliness during shifts.
• Maintain accurate documentation practices.
• Adjust machinery, set controls, troubleshoot issues, and request work orders for equipment not functioning properly.
• Organize and utilize blending and slurry-related tools, scales, pallet jacks, manipulators, hand tools, wrenches, and screwdrivers.
• Perform other duties and cross-training as needed.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to interpret engineering instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude demonstrated.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with U.S. export laws, including obtaining necessary licenses.
