3M HEALTHCARE seeks a seasoned manufacturing professional for night shift in Cumming, GA. You will set up and troubleshoot advanced machinery, lead safety initiatives, operate equipment, and drive lean improvements to sustain high production.

You will collaborate cross-functionally, write training materials, and serve as the primary trainer to elevate team performance while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 7+ years in a related manufacturing role working with flexographic printing.
• Skilled in operating, troubleshooting, and adjusting complex machinery, including robotic equipment.
• Strong math skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to switch between tasks and machines in a fast-paced setting.
• Independent worker with strong initiative and problem-solving capability.

• Problem‑Solving: Strong math skills with the ability to interpret graphs, charts, and ratios. Uses data‑driven decisions to prioritize tasks and optimize production.
• Adaptability: Seamlessly switches between tasks, machinery, and processes, ensuring efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.
• Critical Thinking: Works independently with minimal supervision, solving complex problems where guidelines are limited.
• Precision & Focus: Performs detailed work with high concentration and accuracy, often under tight deadlines and demanding conditions.
• Initiative: Requires innovative thinking to improve processes and meet high production standards.
