• Compensation: $25.00/hr

Typical Work Day:

• Operating equipment such as mixers, batching, mills, grinders, packing, weighing, and palletizers
• Collecting product samples and supervising tank levels, inputting data into computer systems
• Manufacturing products to meet specifications
• Collaborating with peers and management to improve operations and promote teamwork
• Operating mobile equipment like forklifts and loaders
• Following all safety policies and maintaining a safe, clean environment
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• At least 18 years old
• Proficient in English (verbal/written)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions with PPE
• Ability to work at heights (4 feet and above)
• Physical ability to perform duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without accommodations
• Willingness to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays with notice

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience troubleshooting mechanical systems
• Production-related work experience
