Key Areas of Responsibility

1. Operate production tooling and equipment to meet production and quality standards.
2. Maintain Business Operating System integrity and report deviations to management.
3. Ensure tooling and equipment are in good condition.
4. Dispost suspect assemblies or components to Non-Conforming or rework areas.
5. Promote teamwork and communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues across shifts.
6. Complete all job-related paperwork accurately.
7. Document activities as required.
8. Follow all safety guidelines, including Emergency Evacuation procedures.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Limits of Authority

1. Report risks to the Department Manager.
2. Take actions to prevent nonconformance.
3. Identify and record problems related to product, process, or system.
4. Recommend and verify solutions.
5. Control nonconforming products until issues are addressed.

Minimum Education, Experience, and Skills

1. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Strong written and mathematical skills.
3. Good communication and teamwork skills.
4. Color and/or appearance testing approval if applicable.
5. Knowledge of quality specifications and documentation in an automotive environment is a plus.

Health, Safety, and Physical Demands

3. Occasional lifting, climbing, carrying, pulling, gripping, and reaching during 11-64% of workday.
