Key Areas of Responsibility
- Operate production tooling and equipment to meet production and quality standards.
- Maintain Business Operating System integrity and report deviations to management.
- Ensure tooling and equipment are in good condition.
- Dispost suspect assemblies or components to Non-Conforming or rework areas.
- Promote teamwork and communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues across shifts.
- Complete all job-related paperwork accurately.
- Document activities as required.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including Emergency Evacuation procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Limits of Authority
- Report risks to the Department Manager.
- Take actions to prevent nonconformance.
- Identify and record problems related to product, process, or system.
- Recommend and verify solutions.
- Control nonconforming products until issues are addressed.
Minimum Education, Experience, and Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong written and mathematical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Color and/or appearance testing approval if applicable.
- Knowledge of quality specifications and documentation in an automotive environment is a plus.

Health, Safety, and Physical Demands
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Stand for 8 hours or more.
- Occasional lifting, climbing, carrying, pulling, gripping, and reaching during 11-64% of workday.
- Hand-eye coordination.
