Airgas, Inc. in Dayton, OH, is seeking a Production Technician to operate and maintain AMG production facilities, ensuring safety, reliability and quality compliance.
Pay is $30 per hour with a 4% annual bonus, and a 12‑hour rotating schedule with occasional on‑call requirements. The role collaborates with ROCC to maintain production and efficiency, upholds regulatory standards (FDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT, cGMP), and communicates in English at a 12th‑grade level.

This position has responsibility for the safe, reliable, efficient operation and maintenance of Airgas Merchant Gas (AMG) production facilities. The Plant Operator is responsible for safety, keeping production equipment in operating condition, maintaining plant production (in collaboration with ROCC), operating efficiency (in collaboration with ROCC) and regulatory and quality compliance.
Works unattended completing basic activities to operate the plant and supervise site activities when more senior techs or facility manager is not available.
Prior industrial gas experience.
