Job summary

ELGi North America is seeking a Production Technician to join our Charlotte, NC team. You will help assemble and test ELGi's compressed air systems, following blueprints and schematics to ensure safety, quality, and precision.

You will read technical drawings, perform tests, and support continuous improvement while maintaining a strong focus on detail and schedule. The role requires 1-2 years of production or mechanical/electrical experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years' production, assembly, mechanical, and/or electrical experience
• Ability to prioritize tasks with strong time management skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Experience maintaining compressed air systems and reading schematics is a plus
