Job summary

TimberHP in Maine seeks hands-on individuals to join our production floor and help bring a new sustainable building material to North America. No previous manufacturing experience needed; we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.

You will move materials, monitor lines, troubleshoot with electricians and mechanics, learn high-tech systems, and cross-train across multiple roles to grow your skills—and your pay.

Qualifications

  • Safety-first mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eagerness to contribute ideas and improve processes.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and wear required PPE.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety practices.
  • Forklift or mobile equipment operation preferred.
  • Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Move materials and operate equipment safely

What You'll Do (not all-inclusive)
  • Move materials and operate equipment safely

This role runs on rotating shifts, so you'll need flexibility to work varying schedules as part of our round-the-clock production team. No manufacturing experience? No problem, we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, with or without accommodation
  • Ability to climb stairs and work at heights
  • Able to pass a drug test and respirator physical
  • Willingness to work in confined spaces and wear PPE
