Champion Personnel in Bedford, Ohio is seeking a Production Technician / CNC Machinist. The role is direct-hire with a $45,000–$48,000 yearly salary, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and a full benefits package.

You will operate CNC mills and manual lathes, read blueprints, and help maintain equipment in a heavy manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of machining experience, CNC milling exposure, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while multitasking

• CNC mill experience.
• Experience with manual machining equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret prints.
• Experience using micrometers and calipers.
• Tow motor/forklift experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to multitask and help in different areas of the operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CNC mill.

Champion Personnel is hiring a Production Technician in Bedford, Ohio. This is a direct-hire opportunity! We manufacture resistance welding equipment used in the automotive, appliance, HVAC, and agricultural industries, supporting major companies including Ford, Honda, GM, and Subaru.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Includes a 1-hour lunch and two breaks.

What You'll Do

• Operate a CNC mill
• Operate a manual lathe and other shop equipment as needed
