Job summary

Beneficial Talent Source is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate CNC machines, producing accurate parts efficiently and ensuring consistent quality across production.

Location: Mt Healthy/Cincinnati area. Shift: 1st & 3rd. Pay starts at $25+ per hour, DOE. Contract or Direct Hire with benefits.

Responsibilities include setting up and programming machines, inspecting parts with measuring tools, troubleshooting, and performing basic preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of CNC machining experience.
• Blueprint reading skills required.
• Fabrication and welding symbol experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push up to 300 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and programs machines.
• Inspects parts, uses measuring tools, and fine-tunes machines for quality; troubleshoots and resolves machining problems.
• Performs basic preventive maintenance on equipment and tooling.

• Requires:

  • *Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pushes up to 300 lbs.
  • * Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • * Welding certification preferred but not required
  • * Ability to pass background check and drug screen
