Job summary

Mercy Hill Church in Greensboro, NC seeks a Tech/Production AD to lead and oversee worship production across campuses. You will guide weekend services, rehearsals, and major events, ensuring top-notch AV execution.

The role blends strong technical skills with leadership to develop teams, troubleshoot AVL systems, and maintain comprehensive production documentation. A hands-on approach is essential for live multi-campus environments.

Qualifications

Experience designing Pro Presenter and Resolume playlists.
Experience scheduling and building service plans in Planning Center.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Experience with routing video systems.
Live production experience in a multi-campus church or similar.

Responsibilities

Work with the Production Director to execute the vision and standards for Production across all campuses.
Help oversee technical execution of weekend services, rehearsals, special services, and major events.
Ensure production environments are prepared, tested, and ready for service.
Work with Worship, Creative, Campus, and ministry leaders to communicate and execute needs.
Serve as Production Lead/Technical Director for services and events as needed.
Recruit, train, equip, schedule, and develop Production Team volunteers.
Maintain knowledge of AVL systems and troubleshoot issues.
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and system improvements.
Maintain documentation for production systems and configurations.
Assist with AVL installations and expansions.
