Mercy Hill Church seeks a Tech/Production AD to provide leadership, direction, and operational oversight for the Production Ministry. Working with the Production Director, this role ensures weekend services, events, campuses, and volunteers are prepared to execute with excellence.

It blends strong technical knowledge with leadership, organization, and problem-solving to foster distraction-free environments that support the church's mission.

Qualifications

• Experience designing Pro Presenter and Resolume playlists.
• Experience with service plans in Planning Center.
• Experience with high-end production gear and multi-campus/live events.

Responsibilities

• Execute the vision and standards for Production across all campuses and events.
• Ensure production environments are prepared, tested, and ready for service.
• Collaborate with Worship, Creative, Campus, and ministry leaders to communicate needs.
• Serve as Production Lead/Technical Director for services and events as needed.
• Recruit, train, and develop Production Team volunteers.
