Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining information technology services.
• Experience in large-scale technology environments on premises and in the cloud.
• Proficient in observability and monitoring tools and ITIL processes.
• Experience with Control M and Autosys Scheduler.
• Experience developing or supporting applications in Python, Java, or .NET.
• Strong SQL skills with relational databases.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux OS and shell scripting.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams delivering end-to-end application or infrastructure service.
• Execute policies and procedures to ensure operational stability and availability.
• Monitor production environments for anomalies and drive observability tool adoption.
• Escalate and communicate issues to stakeholders from incident to service restoration.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management for full stack systems.
• Investigate data-related incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot data pipelines and system anomalies.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and data quality concerns.
• Interface with business users, traders, and analysts to understand data requirements.
• Support late night and weekend shifts on rotational basis.
