Vangst is hiring Production Technicians to join our client, one of the country's leading cannabis companies. This entry-level role involves helping produce and package cannabis products in a clean, safe, and team-focused environment.

You will receive clear instructions and training to help you succeed. In this role you will follow simple recipes, fill containers, inspect products, enter data into the state tracking system, and help maintain a compliant production area.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must have a valid driver's license or state-issued ID.
  • Must pass all required background checks.
  • Must meet state requirements to obtain a cannabis Agent Card.
  • Must remain compliant with all state and company cannabis regulations.

What You'll Do

  • Help produce and package cannabis products
  • Follow simple recipes and step-by-step instructions

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
  • Ability to bend, reach, grasp, and stoop throughout the shift
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working around cannabis and potential allergens, including tree nuts and coconut oil
