Job summary

Lynden Door is seeking a Production Team Member for swing shift (3:45pm - 12:30am) to help frame, trim, and build high-quality doors. Team members rotate tasks every 2-3 hours in a friendly, supportive environment where people enjoy coming to work.

No prior experience is required; hands-on training is provided. You must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand 8-9 hours. Wage is $22.75 per hour with a swing shift premium, with overtime as needed and a Monday-Friday schedule.

While experience in light construction is helpful, it’s not required — we provide hands-on training to set you up for success. We offer a competitive entry wage and a Monday-Friday 3:45pm-12:30am schedule with overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift push and pull 50+lbs comfortably.
• Ability to stand for 8-9 hours per shift.

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes:

• Wage: $22.75 per hour. (This Includes a $1.75 Swing Shift Premium) Performance-based increases at 90 days and annually (typically in May).

• 401K (Available after 90 days) including profit-share after 1 calendar year of employment
• Paid Time Off (Accrues at 2.0 weeks per year to start, eligible to use after 90 days)
