Lynden Door is looking to add a team member who enjoys keeping things clean and tidy. The ideal team member for our Plant Aesthetics team would be one who enjoys the art of deep cleaning and organization. As a key part of our Plant Aesthetics team you will be responsible for keeping our environment clean and welcoming for our staff members and visitors.

HOURS: Monday-Friday 2:30PM- 11:00PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean, dust, and sanitize all office spaces
• Empty trash and recycle containers
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors
• Clean equipment at conclusion of use and maintain equipment in good working order
• Report the need for repair or maintenance of buildings
• Model professional decorum and mutual respect in all personal interactions
• Replenish all supply closets
• Help restock all cleaning supplies
• Support with all team events
• Perform other duties as assigned

CORE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in the use of standard cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, etc.)
• Ability to preform cleaning duties specific to the needs of Lynden Door, Inc.
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to climb, pull, stoop, kneel, crawl, twist, and crouch
• Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Wage: $22.75 per hour (Base pay $21.00 Plus a shift premium of $1.75)
• Hours worked over 40 hours in a week are paid time and a half
• Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Health Savings Accounts (HSA's) with employer contributions
• 401K (Available after 90 days) including profit-share after 1 calendar year of employment
• Paid Time Off (Accrues at 2.0 weeks per year to start, eligible to use after 90 days)
