Lynden Door is seeking a Production Pre Finish Quality Control Team Member for the swing shift in Lynden, WA. You will load door skins, perform end-of-line quality checks for paint and gloss, and support a collaborative production team.

Training is provided, and shift runs Monday–Friday from 2:30 PM to 12:00 AM with overtime as needed. We value detail orientation, teamwork, and a positive, coachable attitude.

Production Pre Finish Quality Control Team Member - SWING SHIFT

Lynden Door - 2077 Main Street, Lynden, Wa 98264

Join our collaborative team in our production department, where you’ll support the door skin paint and gloss line. In this role, you’ll load door skins onto a conveyor and perform quality checks at the end of the process to ensure finish standards are met. Our team members rotate tasks every 2–3 hours to keep work fresh, engaging, and build well‑rounded skills.

While manufacturing or paint line experience is helpful, it’s not required — we provide hands‑on training to set you up for success. A willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and a coachable mindset are what matter most. This role requires someone detail‑oriented with a good eye for surface quality and consistency. We offer a competitive entry wage and a Monday–Friday 2:30pm–12:00am schedule with overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs repetitively; occasional 70–90 lbs with assistance
• Ability to stand for 8–9 hours per shift

What We Offer

• Wage: $22.75 per hour. (Includes a $1.75 Swing Shift Differential) Performance-based increases at 90 days and annually (typically in May).
• Hours worked over 40 hours in a week are paid time and a half
