Lynden Door Inc. is seeking a Production Team Member for the Swing Shift (3:45pm – 12:30am) at 2077 Main Street, Lynden, WA. Join a collaborative crew to frame, trim, and build high‑quality doors.

Production Team Member - Swing Shift (3:45pm - 12:30am)

Lynden Door - 2077 Main Street, Lynden, Wa 98264

Join our collaborative team in our production department, where you'll help frame, trim, and build high-quality doors. At Lynden Door, our team members rotate tasks every 2–3 hours to keep work fresh, engaging, and build well-rounded skills. With a blend of camaraderie and friendly competition, we foster a fun, supportive environment where people enjoy coming to work

While experience in light construction is helpful, it’s not required — we provide hands‑on training to set you up for success. A willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and a coachable mindset are what matter most. These traits help team members grow quickly and unlock future opportunities within our company.. We offer a competitive entry wage and a Monday-Friday 3:45pm-12:30am schedule with overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift push and pull 50+lbs comfortably.
• Ability to stand for 8-9 hours per shift.

• Wage: $22.75 per hour. (This Includes a $1.75 Swing Shift Premium) Performance-based increases at 90 days and annually (typically in May).
