Job summary

Lynden Door is seeking a skilled Machining team member to assemble door components and operate woodworking equipment for high-quality interior doors shipped across the U.S. and Canada.

Ideal candidates read a tape measure to 1/16", safely use hand and power tools, and thrive in a fast-paced, physical production environment. Monday–Friday, 6:00/7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with overtime as needed. Competitive wages and benefits offered.

Join our Machining team and help build high-quality custom doors that are shipped throughout the U.S. and Canada. In this role, you'll assemble door components, operate woodworking equipment and tools, verify product specifications, and ensure every door meets our quality standards.

What We're Looking For

This is a skilled production position. Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Woodworking
• Cabinet making or cabinetry
• Millwork
• Door and window manufacturing
• General construction
• Production assembly in a manufacturing environment

We're looking for team members who have:

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16"
• Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, specifications, and production schedules
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment

In Return, We'll Offer You

• Wage: $22.00 - $25.00 (based on experience) Performance based wage review after 3 months.
• Hours worked over 40 hours in a week are paid at time and a half
• Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
• Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contributions
• 401(k) available after 90 days, including profit sharing after one calendar year of employment
• Paid Time Off accruing at 2 weeks per year to start (eligible to use after 90 days)

Monday-Friday | 6:00/7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (overtime as needed)
