Clayton Manufacturing seeks Home Building Team Members to perform production operations across departments in the home building process. Follow standard methods and safe work habits to maximize efficiency.

Join a team focused on quality and productivity, with opportunities to read architectural drawings and contribute across departments. High School diploma or GED preferred, with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Formación

• Even-tempered and positive attitude with teamwork through communication.
• Able to read confirmation orders and build accurately with minimal quality issues.
• Willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Practice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe while observing OSHA regulations.
• Work in a team to produce products conforming to quality standards and productivity goals.
• Assist Team Leader and Area Coordinator to plan and organize manufacturing activities, anticipate material shortages, and communicate issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
