Clayton is seeking a Home Building Team Member to join our manufacturing operations. You will follow standard production methods, work with a team, and help ensure safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the home building process.

The role emphasizes reading drawings, adhering to OSHA guidelines, and collaborating with leaders to plan daily activities. We offer full-time hours, benefits, and opportunities for growth in a values-driven company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read architectural and engineering drawings.
• Clear and effective communication in a team environment.
• Willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary.

Responsabilités

• Practice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe while observing all relevant OSHA regulations.
• Work in a team environment to produce products that conform to our quality standards while achieving our productivity objectives.
• Serve as a good steward of our company’s physical assets, protecting them from damage and misuse, reporting all needed maintenance, keeping assigned areas clean and orderly.
• Assist Team Leader and Area Coordinator to plan and organize the manufacturing activities in your area by communicating anticipated material shortages, identifying required tool maintenance, and communicating any quality and productivity issues.
• Perform other duties assigned.
