Job summary

Clayton is seeking Home Building Team Members to join the manufacturing production operations in our home building process. You will follow standard production methods and safe work habits to maximize efficiency and safety, contributing to high-quality products across departments.

Responsibilities include teamwork, adherence to procedures, and protecting assets while maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Training and growth opportunities are offered within Clayton Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Versatility and willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings greatly desired.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits in production to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Work in a team environment to produce products meeting quality standards and productivity goals.
• Protect company assets and keep areas clean and orderly; report maintenance needs.
• Assist Team Leader and Area Coordinator in planning manufacturing activities and communicating shortages or quality issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
