Job summary

Clayton is seeking Home Building Team Members to perform manufacturing production operations across the home-building process. You will follow standard methods, work safely, and aim for efficient output while maintaining quality standards.

You must be able to read drawings, collaborate in a team, and adapt to different departments as needed. Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and readiness to perform physical duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Versatility to transfer into various departments when needed.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings greatly desired.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe while observing OSHA regulations.
• Work in a team environment to produce products that meet quality standards and productivity goals.
• Safeguard company assets, report maintenance needs, and keep areas clean and orderly.
• Assist Team Leader and Area Coordinator with planning and communicating material shortages and quality issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
