Job summary

SECO ECOPLASTIC is seeking an entry-level Production Associate to join the MyEco team in Register, GA. Working under the Production Supervisor, you will support daily operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets while learning standard operating procedures.

This role requires at least one year of manufacturing experience, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, read work orders, and stand on concrete for long shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is required.
• 1-year continuous work experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Ability to take supervision and follow all policies and procedures.
• Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following established safety policies and procedures.
• Support the Production Supervisor and Leads in daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Learn and adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality and performance.
• Help manage workflow within the department to ensure on-time delivery of quality products to both internal and external customers.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the use and maintenance of production tools and equipment.
• Provide support in tracking departmental performance measures and visual controls.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance employee relations and overall production effectiveness.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct, always exhibiting a respectful and courteous demeanor.
