Clayton is seeking a Production Team Member to support home building production operations, following standard methods and safe work habits. You will help ensure homes meet orders, prints, and codes while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Versatility and willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary.
• Must be able to walk, climb, and lift at least 50lbs, as well as other physical duties as needed
• You must be able to communicate efficiently and clearly with other Team Members.
• The ability to read architectural and engineering drawings is greatly desired.
