Job summary

Kraft Heinz Company is seeking Production Team Members at its Muscatine, IA facility. You will perform general production duties in a fast-paced environment while following strict quality and safety standards. Ideal candidates are safety- and quality-oriented and capable of working in a team setting.

Starting pay is $23.43/hour with additional shift differentials for 2nd/3rd shift. Wage progression occurs at 120 days, 6, 12, and 18 months, with potential increases to $29.10–$31.34/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate safely in a food manufacturing environment.
• Commitment to quality and adherence to GMP/FSQ protocols.
• Willingness to work any shift and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Learn the safe operation of equipment and perform setup/startup/changeover activities.
• Troubleshoot line performance issues related to equipment.
• Maintain downtime records and conduct quality checks.
• Monitor for process or product abnormalities and report to supervisor.
• Assist with sanitation duties and proper handling of chemicals.
• Follow GMPs and QRMP requirements and contribute to Plant Quality Systems.
