Kraft Heinz in Muscatine, IA is seeking Production Team Members to operate and support a fast-paced food manufacturing line. You will learn safe equipment operation, perform setup and changeovers, and maintain quality checks while following GMP standards.

The role offers 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities with a starting pay rate of $23.43 per hour plus shift differentials. There is a clear wage progression at 120 days, 6 months, 12 months and 18 months, with potential increases to

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn safe and proper operation of equipment.
• Perform set-up, start-up and changeover procedures.
• Assist in troubleshooting line performance issues.
• Maintain downtime records during line operation.
• Conduct and document quality checks.
• Monitor and communicate any process or product abnormalities to Supervisor or Lead.
• Perform sanitation duties on production equipment.
• Follow GMPs and Safe Handling of chemicals.
• Follow written instructions and manuals.
