The Kraft Heinz Company in Muscatine, IA is seeking Production Team Members to join our long-operating facility. You will operate and support production lines in a fast-paced, food-manufacturing environment focused on safety and quality.

Training is provided to learn equipment operation, set-up, changeovers, and quality checks. We offer a starting pay of $23.43 per hour with 2nd/3rd shift differentials, wage progression at 120 days, 6, 12, and 18 months, and a $2,500 retention bonus after 6

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn safe and proper operation of equipment.
• Perform set-up, start-up and changeover procedures as needed.
• Assist in troubleshooting line performance and maintain downtime records.
• Conduct and document quality checks and monitor for product abnormalities.
• Assist with sanitation duties on production equipment and proper chemical handling.
• Follow GMP and FSQ requirements and support QRMP.
