Kraft Heinz, Inc. in Muscatine, IA is seeking Maintenance Mechanics to support a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and work with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

Must have performed maintenance as a mechanic in a food manufacturing setting.
Ability to operate and maintain all equipment in assigned area.
Proficient in preventive/predictive maintenance practices.
Willing to work any shift and overtime.

Responsibilities

Setup, start-up, adjustment and operation of equipment; ensure proper shutdown and changeover.
Complete scheduled work orders and maintenance documentation in SAP PM.
Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
Coordinate maintenance with Production leadership for efficiency.
Maintain GMP/HACCP standards and safe working conditions.
Train other associates and support continuous improvement.
