Job summary

Kraft Heinz Company in Coshocton, OH is seeking a Production Team Member to perform general production duties in a food-manufacturing environment and to operate on an assembly line with safety and quality focus.

Starting wage is $21.87 per hour with timed pay increases; weekend work and 2nd shift are required. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off per contract. Training prior to bidding on a home position is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability stand for the duration of shift.
• Ability to work in refrigerated temperatures for duration of shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to work full-time and overtime.
• Ability to work to weekend shift and 2nd shift (afternoon start time).
• 1 year of stable work history strongly preferred.
• 3 years Manufacturing experience required (6 months relevant experience in the last 12 months).

Responsibilities

• Perform general production duties in a food-manufacturing environment.
• Arrange bacon, press pork bellies, hand pack on an assembly line.
• Stack finished cases and rotate work assignments as needed.
• Follow all safety, PPE, GMP and quality specifications.
• Maintain area cleanliness and assist with line efficiency.
