Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Greater Grand Rapids, Inc. is seeking a Production Team Member to transform donated items into priced inventory for our stores. You’ll evaluate, sort, and price incoming donations at the processing center, applying judgment on style and market appeal.

You’ll help balance customer accessibility with revenue goals, work independently, and contribute to daily production targets to keep the sales floor well-stocked with quality merchandise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic mathematical ability.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience in retail, resale, or inventory management.

The hourly wage for the Production Team Member is $13.73.

As a Production Team Member, you'll be the curator behind our store's inventory, transforming donated items into shopping discoveries for our customers. Working in our organized processing center, you'll evaluate, sort, and price incoming donations using your judgment for style, condition, and market appeal.

Your keen eye will help determine fair pricing strategies that balance accessibility for customers with revenue goals for our organization. You'll work independently while contributing to team production targets, ensuring our sales floor stays well-stocked with quality merchandise.
