Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Greater Grand Rapids is seeking a Production Team Member for our processing center. You will sort, price and prepare donations for the sales floor, applying judgment on style, condition and market appeal.

You’ll work independently to meet daily quotas while helping keep inventory stocked with quality merchandise. The role offers $13.73 hourly and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and development within a values-driven nonprofit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and quality assessment abilities.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 10-25 pounds throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Sort, price, and price incoming donations using judgment for style and market appeal.
