Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Greater Grand Rapids, Inc. is seeking a Production Team Member to transform donated items into marketable merchandise. You will evaluate and price items in a busy processing center, helping to balance accessibility for customers with revenue goals.

You will work in a structured environment, standing and walking throughout shifts, contributing to team production targets and ensuring the sales floor is stocked with quality inventory for our community.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and quality assessment abilities.

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 10-25 pounds throughout your shift.
• Reliability in meeting daily processing quotas.
• Basic understanding of retail pricing and consumer appeal.
