Arnold Magnetic Technologies is hiring for 2nd shift production roles in Greenville, Ohio. You will support manufacturing operations, ensure safety, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The job requires mechanical aptitude, familiarity with hand tools and measuring devices, and the ability to lift up to 75 lb with assistance. The role emphasizes reliable attendance, safety at all times, and adherence to standardized work processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Proactively look out for individual and team safety
• Provide creative/innovative ideas and solutions through problem-solving efforts, continuousImprovement (Kaizen) projects and in support ofTotal Quality Management techniques
• Voice concerns and problem areas to Team Leaders, and help solve the problem
• Maintain a strict adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures, thereby clearly identifying irregularities that may cause damage or inefficiency and prescribing corrective measures to improve these processes
• Report to work station prepared to work at beginning of shift, and the ability to work overtime, as needed.
• Communicate with Team and Team Leaders to help continuous flow
• Apply sound problem-solving skills in order to maintain a high standard of quality to our customers
• Work at different work stations as production needs require, and be able to gain proficiency in all processes in a reasonable amount of time per instructions/training provided

QUALIFICATIONS

SHIFTS

• 2nd shift Monday - Thursday 2:30pm to 1:00am
• Training must occur on 1st shift

PAY

• $20.25/hour plus shift differential of $2.00/hour totaling $22.50 once on 2nd shift
