Job summary

Arnold Magnetic Technologies is hiring for Team Member on the 2nd shift at RAMCO in Greenville, OH. This full-time operative role supports production across multiple stations with a focus on safety and quality.

Shifts run Monday to Thursday 2:30pm–1:00am, with training on the 1st shift. Starting pay is $20.25 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential ($22.50 on 2nd shift); overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Overtime to support customer demand.
• Excellent attendance.
• Able to work safely around all production processes.
• Safely lift 25 lbs unaided, up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• Good mechanical aptitude and follow standardized work.
• Experience with simple hand tools and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Voice concerns to Team Leaders and help solve problems.
• Adhere to SOPs and identify irregularities, prescribing corrective measures.

• Work at different stations to gain proficiency as required by production.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Proactively look out for individual and team safety
• Provide creative/innovative ideas and solutions through problem-solving efforts, continuousImprovement (Kaizen) projects and in support ofTotal Quality Management techniques
• Voice concerns and problem areas to Team Leaders, and help solve the problem
• Maintain a strict adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures, thereby clearly identifying irregularities that may cause damage or inefficiency and prescribing corrective measures to improve these processes
• Report to work station prepared to work at beginning of shift, and the ability to work overtime, as needed.
• Communicate with Team and Team Leaders to help continuous flow
• Apply sound problem-solving skills in order to maintain a high standard of quality to our customers
• Work at different work stations as production needs require, and be able to gain proficiency in all processes in a reasonable amount of time per instructions/training provided

QUALIFICATIONS
