Job Overview

Employees will perform general production duties in a food-manufacturing environment, working within strict product standards. Responsibilities include arranging bacon, pressing pork bellies, hand packing on an assembly line, stacking finished cases, and rotating work assignments. The starting wage is $21.19 per hour with timed pay increases.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Perform all pre-operational safety inspections
• Ensure guards are in place at work stations
• Follow all quality production specifications, PPE, and GMP standards
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of products
• Assist team members as needed and perform additional duties as directed by supervision
• Implement and maintain the Quality Risk Management Process (QRMP)

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for the entire shift, excluding breaks
• Ability to work in refrigerated temperatures
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Availability for full-time, overtime, weekend, and 2nd shift work
• Preferred: 1 year of stable work history and 3 years of manufacturing experience (with recent relevant experience)
