Production Team Member
Location: Coshocton, Ohio

Work Schedule:
New hires should expect to do initial training primarily through the week before bidding to or being placed on a weekend schedule. Ability to work weekends is required.

Coshocton is the only Oscar Mayer Bacon facility.
Job Overview:
Employees will perform general production duties in a food-manufacturing environment and will work within strict product standards. Typical positions an employee will fill include: Arranging bacon, Pressing pork bellies, hand packing on an Assembly line, stacking finished cases, and a rotation for work assignments. This position’s starting wage is $19.69 per hour with timed pay increases.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Qualifications:
Ability to stand for the duration of shift excluding designated break times.
Ability to work in refrigerated temperatures for duration of shift excluding designated break times.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Ability to work full-time and overtime.
Ability to work weekend shift and 2nd shift (afternoon start time).
1 year of stable work history strongly preferred.
3 years Manufacturing experience required (6 months relevant experience in the last 12 months).
