Position Summary

The Home Building Team Members perform manufacturing production operations assigned to each department in the home building process. They follow standard production methods and practices to ensure safety and efficiency.

Duties / Responsibilities

1. Practice safe work habits to ensure efficient and safe production, complying with OSHA regulations.
2. Work collaboratively in a team environment to produce quality products while meeting productivity goals.
3. Protect company assets from damage and misuse, report maintenance needs, and keep work areas clean and organized.
4. Assist in planning and organizing manufacturing activities, communicate material shortages, tool maintenance needs, and quality or productivity issues.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. High School diploma or GED preferred.
2. Versatility and willingness to transfer across departments as needed.
3. Effective communication skills.
4. Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings is highly desirable.

Physical Demands

• Ability to walk, climb, lift at least 50 pounds, and perform other physical tasks.
