McIntosh Box and Pallet is hiring for a 1st Shift Production Team Member in Bernhards Bay, NY!

Shift: 6am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday

Pay: $16 plus incentive

The Production Team Member will operate wood processing equipment to cut materials and build pallets and skids, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency. Candidates should be hardworking, responsible, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Operate wood processing equipment such as saws, notchers, and stake pointers
• Build specialty pallets and skids
• Perform maintenance on equipment (change blades, grease)
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow safety standards and company policies
• Maintain a safe, orderly environment
• Manage technical equipment
