Job description

Gemini is currently seeking 1st & 2nd shift Production Team Members at our

Decorah, IA location.

Starting pay begins at $16.86 per hour, with a 10% differential for 2nd shift. Join our dedicated team!

A typical day as a Production Team Member at Gemini includes:

1. Utilizing hand and power tools and operating equipment to produce high-quality products.
2. Inspecting and assembling finished products and preparing them for shipping to customers.
3. Working in a clean, bright, and organized environment, using proper PPE to protect hearing and vision, and physically loading and unloading materials.
4. Reporting to the Plant Manager.
