Job summary

Smurfit Westrock’s Coal Center facility is seeking a Production Team Member to operate equipment, meet daily goals, and contribute to safe, quality packaging production.

You will gain hands-on experience on 1st and 2nd shifts, with a base pay of $18.47/hour plus $0.55/hour shift differential, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

The Opportunity:

At our Coal Center facility, you'll help produce the corrugated boxes that businesses and consumers rely on every day. Position: Production Team Member

Shift: 1st and 2nd shift

Pay: $18.47/hr + $0.55/hr shift differential

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to frequently bend, twist, crouch, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
• Ability to use hands and fingers to grasp, handle, and operate equipment safely.
