Job summary

Hope Network is hiring for a Production Team Leader in Grand Rapids, MI. This full-time, on-site role spans 1st and 2nd shifts, with starting pay of $15.00/hour and weekly pay with bonus potential.

You will lead daily manufacturing operations, train staff, monitor quality and safety, and drive continuous improvement while promoting a supportive, mission-driven workplace.

What You Bring
