Job summary

Maker's Pride is seeking a production supervisor to guide and train production staff on the assigned line. You will coordinate quality checks and ensure safety and efficiency in daily operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and maintaining documentation while collaborating across shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Grand Rapids, MI.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing.

1st Shift 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM (Monday through Friday) And every other weekend

Job Summary

Guide and train production employees and coordinate quality checks on assigned production line.
