Job summary

Magna Electronics is seeking a production-oriented team member to support cross-functional operations on the production floor. You will train colleagues, perform quality checks, and help sustain standardized work processes to ensure high-quality automotive electronic products.

Responsibilities

• Train and update assigned employees on production processes and procedures.
• Perform quality checks using measuring devices to ensure product quality.
• Compute data to verify product quality and IPC compliance.
• Support supervisors in staffing and addressing vacancies.
• Lead problem-solving processes and document improvements.
• Provide direction to the team to achieve production goals.
• Maintain standardized work instructions and time studies with the team.
