Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader Production in Hermiston, OR. This supervisory role focuses on guiding a production team to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals while driving continuous improvement.

You will lead day-to-day operations for 15–50 team members per shift, enforce safety standards, and promote a collaborative work environment. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Competenze

• Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or equivalent supervisory/management experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Able to multi-task and lead others.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
