Qualifications

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Basic literacy and math skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and good communication across teams.
• Supervisory experience is a plus; bilingualism is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities and priorities.
• Support equipment and process performance; monitor workflow.
• Facilitate communication across the team and ensure alignment on tasks.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and loss elimination.
• Lead onboarding and coaching for new and existing team members.
• Track progress and ensure tasks are completed on time and within expectations.
